Xiangtan Electric Locomotive Factory Co., Ltd, founded in Xiangtan city, Hunan province as a supplier of machinery, industrial parts and service, has evolved to become a well known manufacturer under the trademark SHAOLI of machinery and service for tunneling, mining and related industries. We are now one of the top manufacturers of narrow gauge electric locomotives in China.
